Cello Lessons
Jennifer believes that everyone has music inside them; it needs only to be nurtured and encouraged to blossom. It is her job, as the teacher, to inspire and guide her students by providing a balance of technical training and musical expression. With proper encouragement and motivation anyone can release the music inside them.
Ms. Moersch has taught students of all ages, levels and abilities. Her students have ranged in age from 4 to an 80 year-old beginner! Jennifer offers private one on one music lessons as well as small ensemble coaching. She has had experience working with students with Asperger’s Syndrome.
Jennifer teaches cello and strings ensemble at the Colourstrings Conservatory of Music, Accent Music Studios and at her home in North Vancouver. Prior to her return to Vancouver Jennifer taught cello and chamber music at the Toronto Waldorf School, Kingsway Conservatory of Music, maintained a private studio in mid-town Toronto and has been guest artist faculty at the annual strings retreat for North Toronto Collegiate Institute, Interprovincial Music Camp and Thornhill Chamber Music Institute. Previously she was cello faculty at the Nanaimo Conservatory of Music, Pacific Academy of Music and was a teaching assistant at the Vancouver Academy of Music.

Currently Jennifer is offering online cello lessons during the Covid 19 pandemic. Lessons can return to in person once it is determined to be safe. You are of course welcome to continue with online if you wish.
