Welcome to the cello studio of Jennifer Moersch!
Cello lessons are available in North Vancouver with experienced instructor Jennifer Moersch. Taking cello lessons will ensure your development of the excellent posture, technique and reading skills that will allow you to best express any music . The skills you learn through your cello lessons will lead you to a heightened enjoyment of playing this beautiful and versatile instrument.
Choosing the right cello teacher is an important step. In her teaching Jennifer aims to inspire each student to discover their musical freedom through a patient approach of technical training and musical expression. Together throughout your cello lessons you will embark on an exploration of the many techniques and vast repertoire that will bring your cello to life. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience teaching students of all ages and abilities.
Currently Jennifer is offering online cello lessons during the Covid 19 pandemic. Lessons can return to in person once it is determined to be safe. You are of course welcome to continue with online if you wish.
You may choose to either rent a cello or purchase a cello. Jennifer is happy to walk you through the process of finding a cello and the other supplies you will need. And these days cases are so much lighter so you can be free of the worry of carting around a heavy cello/case! There are many soft and hard cases to choose from. All of which are very portable.
